If you mean 12 wks from the first day of her last period (this is how Dr.s calculate it), here is some info on the size of the fetus:
Your baby-to-be is now almost two to three inches long and weighs about 14g. He or she has the ability to swallow, absorb and discharge fluids. The hands are now complete and are growing fingernails. Even tooth buds are appearing. This week, your placenta takes over the important task of hormone production.

well most of the people have answered the question but I wanted to let you know that you can add a pregnancy calender on "MY YAHOO"
Each week it will tell u what size the baby is ,what has developed , new tricks they are doing in there, and give u tips for her to stay healthy .Its a good thing for you two to count down the days until you will no longer get a full nights sleep for about 5 years..lol...good luck

you can by a magazine at most newsagents or major supermarkets called i'm pregnant and its very good it has all info in it and tells you size's lengths and is very good. i bought it when i was pregnant i loved it, it has the whole nine mths in it! it evan tells you things like when they get finger nails and when they can hear you! it also tells you how to prepair for the birth what to take to hosp ect it costs around £5.00 and is great
