They already have, if you had lived 200 years ago, you would be toothless and wizened by 40 if not dead already. If you mean living essentialy indefinately the answer probably lies in nanotechnology. Molecule sized machines inside your body continualy repairing the damage of life and resutting biological markers that now tell cells when to stop reproducing and die. I would guess it will be 50-100 years from now

not to be all christian but there is one if you have given yourself to Christ.
But also, think about all the things you'll see if you live forever. I wouldn't want that. When the end of the world comes, I don't want to suffer in it I want to be lifted from it.
