Carolina is playing against TB and S Smith might return, should I start that Def or Cinci vs. Pit
Rank them if you want

One other option is to pick up Buffalo's Def and start them against the Jets. Any Ideas? Do you think the Bills can keep it up?

I wouldn't pick anyone up when you have Carolina playing against Sims. And its not Phil. Chris is having some issues and they're not good. Cadillac has back spasms. That team could be a real mess real quickly. Carolina on the other side has upside with Smith returning. Carolina blue.

Of the two you have I would play Carolina. For how bad they have played, TB has played worse. Buffalo might not be a bad option either, but the Jets have been playing good ball so far this season. I would stick with the Panthers.

I don't think you can play Carolina's D until they prove that they're back to form (the loss of Morgan really hurt them). Cincy's the safer bet - they have a good D, they constantly have something to prove against Pitt (so they'll be amped up) and Pitt's offense isn't that great.

1) Cincy
2) Carolina
3) Buffalo

Carolina all the way this weekend. While there offense has been horrid, their defense has still played well. Tampa Bay is having all kinds of offensive stryggles, so the Carolina def should give them fits.

Good luck!

Carolina First - just because of the match up
Cinci next - I don't think Big Ben is back
Buff Def is a grat pick up if you can. Otherwise, Car.

I'd start Carolina, the way the Bucs have been turning the ball over...that means points for your defense.

The two are fairly even, I would take Cinci because of the turnovers that they create.
