For starters I would suggest a less pretentious title.
Then I'd suggest you know what it is you're writing about.
Sorry. There's a lot of writers out here who are working harder at your craft than you seem to be.
Don't mean to be harsh, but think about how your question sounds...

Yahoo only gives 10pts. Where would you get the extra 5 pts? But here goes. The whole world is in a turmoil in these trying times. What with the Iraq War and genocide occuring in Darfur,it's time to take a few steps backwards and reassess our sense of values. We have to learn to love one another for world peace and harmony. We have to prioritize what's impt in our lives. We may even go a step forward and include God back into lives. We have to pray to God for guidance. We have to pray for courage and a hope for a brighter future and tomorrow. We won't be able to do all of these alone. We need God's help. How about that?

Sometimes it is helpful to write the book before titling it. Do you have anything other than a title ? Like, plot, characters, or... okay, let's start with; What are you writing about ? Why do you feel the story needs to be told ? Is this book fiction or nonfiction? Who is your audience ? Who is going to give me 15 points ? What are these points to be applied to ? Can they be redeemed for cash ?

if u add little pieces suggested by everyone here then it won't be ur own book, will it? just put little time and effort into thinking ur storyline and organizing ur thoughts and then u should be ready to expand each event as u go along. im sure u can do it but u have to work at it. remember most of the great writers had their 1st novel failed but they bounced back by putting extra effort in it next time

You should probably write the book before you write the title, and if you can't come up with your own storyline maybe writing isn't for you. Sorry if that sounds mean.

I wonder if you're saying you have a title, but no ideas for the book that should follow?
