STOP GIVING FOOD TO ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO SCHOOL. Concentrate of more innovative and effective methods like teaching thru TV, Radio and other distance learning sources, so to spread eduction to the poor and other illiterate people....

I believe only making plans to do so, wont work people of this country will have to work in hand with the government to spread literacy....
