Depends what you are used to, when i moved here i was moving from a rural area and i thought it was a little bit bad, but i hear compared to real big cities like LA or NYC it's nothing. And now that i have lived here for 4 years i can honestly say its not terrible, you are never at a stand still, just slowed down as compared to non peak traffic flow times.

It is not nearly as bad as larger cities such as New York or even Columbus. You need to avoid construction areas though. There is a great deal of construction on 475. Many of the exit ramps are being fixed, I know right now the from 23 North onto 475 in perrysburg is closed. You may want to leave a little bit early for where you are going, but I don't expect long delays.
