No such thing as a loser but in future, if some moron calls you a loser remind them that if they're not a loser - they must be a weener.

You're only a winner or a loser if you've been competing. What are the prizes at the end of the competition? Do you get recognition as winner of the whatever cup? What is there to gain from it?

Every manager I've ever known is mentally weak and every person I've met going mad for success is totally dysfunctional.

I believe success can be measured by how much your life is what you want it to be. All the trappings of wealth - a mansion, a lambourghini etc. won't change you as a person. It may distort your ego and corrupt you as a person but you won't be any better than if you lived in a cardboard box in the street.

You've never failed at anything. You've discovered that you aren't that good at some things but you are good at others. Everybody has equal ammounts of abilities and disabilities.

What made that person believe they were of superior standing to the point where they cold judge you in the first place? People judge most harshly the things which reflect their own nature. It scares them. This person looked at your life and imagined themself in your life and felt horror and the need to escape. They probably feel the same way about ther own life and you reminded them of that fact.

Sadly most of the world's "winners" are ego-maniacal, aloof, unhappy, delusional, monstrously dysfunctional and lonely. They usually end up having a breakdown from trying to cope with and regulate a world that can not be controlled and end up betrayed by all those who envy and surround them.

A lot of the "winners" would also say:

"I have always taken only what I needed from life." Their failure is to understand what we need as humans and see how excessive their existance is while those who are close to death dream about what humans really need i.e. food, shelter, clean water etc.

You're not a loser but the person that judged you is.

Be satisfied with your life. Do the things in your life because you want to and expect no great result from doing it. If recognition comes your way, accept it but don't let it mean anything to you.

Enjoy your life and don't worry about others judgements of your level of success. If you're happy, stick with it. If you're not, make some positive changes.

I'm a year younger than you. I've been celibate for 14 years although that nearly ended recently. I live in shared accomodation with one room to call my own. I earn around £6.20 per hour. But I work four days on (12 hour shifts), four days off which is like having a long weekend every week.

And I have no debts, no credit card bills and very few worries. I enjoy my life more than most and as I've just given up smoking 2months ago, my financial situation is pretty good. Giving up smoking has given me £150 extra per month.

Give up that chocolate habit though, you'll get yeast infections and acid reflux before you know it if you carry on like that.

You are only a loser if you give up.

Keep living your life, and enjoying the little things, the smell in the air when you walk by a bakery, the sight of a boy playing with a dog....etc.

It is not selfish to take advantage of opportunities as they come to you - or even to make some opportunities yourself. Although you have what you need, it is perfectly OK to get some of what you want - as long as you are willing to work for it.

I think anyone who tells somebody else that they are a loser needs to re-examine their priorities. What a horrible thing to say!

I would say that you are a modest person and there's nothing wrong with that. Don't worry what other people think about you, it's your happiness is what counts.

Remember, the world is nicer place because of people like you.

I wouldn't say that at all! In fact, I think that your approach is quite clever!! I imagine you enjoy taking risks and live your life as it comes!! You are probably not so stressed either!! I wish I could just be like that.... I am so apprehensive!! Anyway, if you've taken what you need I can just say: Well done!! Keep doing it!! If you are happy like that ..... enjoy it t the maximum!!

No you're not a loser you just live your life as you want to, in your own way. Why should we take more than we want, what is all this fighting to get the most, the best for? Stay as you are and keep enjoying your life, it is after all you who are living it!

Let me tell you something "Everyone takes only what they want from life"

There difference is in "how" easily you get satisfied. You may be a person with less needs as compared to others, and I think that makes you a great human being.

Believe me, if you get satisfied with life quicker, you will lead a very very happy life.....

A successful life is one that leaves no traces after death . One must learn to walk without leaving footprints. A life badly spent is full of ceasless doing and undoing.

No you are not a loser. You just tend to take things the safe way. Maybe it's just that you don't go for things other than those outside your safety zone. I am the same way and I understand completely.

With the way that the world works you will be viewed as a loser by the majority. In truth, the world wouldn't be the crappy parasitic place that it is if it was populated by people like you (and me).

How the hell would anyone on here know if you're a loser or not? Go ask someone who knows you by more than just a picture on a website.
