DLL is a file .dll (Direct Library Link) so something is gone wrong and the DLL was either removed by you or it was linked with another file and uninstalled because you gave the go ahead to do so.Try to write the number down (or name like msdrvac.dll) and then reinstall it. Maybe it is the picture (ICON)or any other dll related missing. You may have to reinstall them again from your XP CD.
Take care!

Thank you for telling the OS

Go to Start, Run, type in 'cmd', enter

When the box comes up, enter "sfc /scannow" and have the CD in the drive. XP will scan the OS files & replace any damaged ones. This may fix it.

Otherwise, try the other person's answer, but you need to read up [in HELP] about the 'extract' and 'expand' commands.

Did you try to reinstall your mouse software? First Uninstall from the Device Menager, then when you conect mous to the computer i will ask for installation CD! Insert it and it should replace all damaged files, including Mouse Pointers Skins!
I hope this helped...
