Plasma (the liquid part of blood) is a colloid. Blood is a suspension (the cells are in suspension)

All three if you include the cells. The cells are suspended in the serum. However this isn't really a chemical suspension. It's just solid objects mixed into a liquid. The serum itself has properties of both colloid and solution.
