My brother has had a terrible accident and he is now paralized from the neck down he has been a huge Jr fan for many years. Try contacting your local Sports Caster or Newspaper. Possibly even get in contact with the make a Wish foundation. You might check out NASCAR's Home page on the Net and see if they have a Contact NASCAR place on there. This is Definitly a Can Do thing. I'm sure Dale Jr would LOVE the chance to lift your bro's spirits some. Try contacting your morning radio host as well. I'm sure as soon as you make the right contact this is gonna happen. I'm sorry to hear about your brother.
As for contacting Dale Jr, you may want to try contacting DEI. DEI is the racing team that he races for. Dale Jr does a lot of charity work for The Make A Wish Foundation. So you might want to contact them to see if your brother can meet Dale Jr that way.
