Place a cup of moth balls under all your dressers bed etc. it well drive them away as well as other bugs and the odor well disapper after a while and you won't know they are there. Every year when I would close up my fathers house in flordia for the summer we used this idea so that he was never troubles with any kind of bug when he got home 6 months later. It was this way for the 12 years he was living there and in Ohio

I had moths and used the Revenge moth traps. Buy 6 of them...that's nine months' supply. Place the traps wherever you consistently see moths. Change the traps every three months as recommended and your moths will be gone. Mine are.

SOMETIMES THEY ARE JUST A FACT OF LIFE, THEY'RE ABLE TO GET INTO LOTS OF TINY PLACES AS 'BABIES.' YOU CAN SPRAY RAID SURFACE BUG KILLER AROUND YOUR DOORS AND WINDOWS AND SEAL AS MANY CRACKS AROUND YOUR HOUSE AS POSSIBLE. IT WILL HELP KEEP THEM UNDER CONTROL AND MAKE YOUR HOUSE WARMER, TOO, BONUS! THE MOTH BALL IDEA IS GOOD BUT CEDAR SMELLS MUCH BETTER. AND CATS ACTUALLY DO CATCH THEM AND EAT THEM!

the eggs they lay is what damages your cashmere/ wool etc.

scented barsoap (like the small bars from hotels) work great in your closets. they repel moths and leave your sweaters smelling great!
