National Boss day... Any good gift ideas?

I work with an amazing boss who is very good to me. I am her assistant. We work in the mortgage Industry. She is about in her 60's,.... I want to ger her something unique. She loves to drink but I dont like that,... besides, that was sooo last year. Please help.

Tell her you will cover for her, and that you will do such a good job that no one will miss her. Give her the day off by covering for her. :-)
