I still have retained that and I'm twenty right now. I have no feelings of regret cause I know that when it happens it'll be because it means something, and that I really love the person. Virginity all it's thoughts, times and consequences are going to stay with you... I'm not saying wait forever, or even necessarily until you're an adult, just wait until you're ready, emotionally and physically.

I think there are few people who love their first time. Mine was ok. Afterward I was shocked that I even really did it, I continued to be with him for 4 more years we were together about 6 years total. I regret it in a way but not really, I learned a lot I now know I was far to young to know what I was doing and what I gave away but now I have a real story to tell younger girls about why they should wait! I was 13 he was 17. Yeah I know!

Well, it was painful and, looking back from the vantage point of 30+ years, it had all the warmth and tenderness of a rape (and yes, I do have a basis for comparison). Afterward, I wondered why everybody rated sex so highly (fortunately I was able to understand why once I got into a relationship with someone who believed that the woman's pleasure was important, too), and I regretted it for years.

Sort of makes me wonder what's in it for female suicide bombers--do they then get to be one of those 72 virgins that the terrorists are assured are awaiting them in paradise? If so, I think I'd opt out!

I was 13, he was 13- we were eachothers' first(everyrthing!).
I really can't remember what it felt like completely- yet I do recall being a little uncomfortable.
Afterwards- I felt like I was going to like doing it with him whenever we could cause we'd discovered something new and very private about ourselves.
I didn't regret it really.
BTW- we broke up & 10 yrs. later are back 2gether+having our 1st baby boy in Jan.'07. It's great that we are together again. thanks to the creator.
