I know I can take the Amtrak Pennsylvanian, but I am looking for something with a slightly more flexible schedule and maybe cheaper? I am a college student with no car...

greyhound - but tickets are cheap only when you buy so many days in advance. should call and find out. Also on the notice board of your school put a little note asking if any body is going to Pittsburgh -you are looking for a ride. Some times you do get lucky

It's cheaper to fly these days than it is to take Amtrak. If you book your flight in advance and can be flexible with your dates you will get a pretty good deal. I found rates as low as $133 on expedia.

Actually, Southwest was running 50 bucks one way fares specials. Takes you about an hour to get there and the flights run pretty regularly.. Good Luck!
