If Freelotto illegal in India why dont they include India in the list of countries where this game is void?

The site www.freelotto.com has not included India among the countries where the game is void or not to be played. Does this not mean playing freelotto is legal in India?

You have already been answered that it is a scam aimed at stealing personal information such credit card numbers etc. Probably there are more number of persons seeking easy money from India as per the site owners and hence have not included India in the "void" list. Gambling is an offence and paying money through credit cards for gambling/pornography is prohibited by Reserve Bank of India.
