I'm continually amazed at questions like this.
Start Palmer, EVERY WEEK. Except on his bye week. Trade Vick to someone who believes he's a fantasy stud, because he's not.

Vick against NO or Palmer against Pit, hmmmm
Gotta go with Vick, Although Palmer did have a good game against Pit last year the 2 season games usually get slipt. That game could go either way, especially with PiT getting embarrassed on Mon., they will come out fired up @ Home too.

Go with Palmer. He ripped up the Stealers last year. Vick is a good play but is too inconsistent.
