i got the haynes manual it does not state how to remove it! so is there any other place i could find out?

inside the boot, is some clips and bolts behind the light fixture...

quite easy 4 10mil nuts removed then pull on wire attachment pushing in plastic retainer the put fingers behind outer edge and gently pull it should come out easy
