A seminary school would be your best bet.

It's interesting that you have made it through 20 years of education without any experience as a teacher. And, that you feel that a place to get good advice about your career is the homework section of a online chatroom.

Where is your dissertation advisor? Where is your Graduate School Dean?, your Department Chair? What are the other grad students doing?

I am having a tough time undertanding how you got stuck hanging out in space on this fundamental career issue!
