i dont know where u live but children without homes r placed in temporary homes or a homeless shelter...they have homework just like the rest of the children.our schools here receive donations from businesses n other citizens to help with school supplies...so theres no excuse for not doing homework.

Why not? Although, he/she might need to supply the child with all the necessary supplies. Hopefully, too, she'd report that the child was homeless and try to help him/her and the family. No child should be living on the streets.
