He didn't say they were sexy. He said Puerto Rican women were hot, because they supposedly have Black blood in them.
They never clarified if he meant "hot tempered", or if they were "hot" as in sexy.
There are "hot", sexy women all over the world. And there are women who are as "ugly" as hell all over the world. No one nationality has ALL beautiful women and we ALL know that.

i don't know why pple say that Latin pple are sexy cuz of there race but i think that women are sexy in there own way each and everyone of the so who ever said that Latin pple are sexy i bet u money that i can find a ugly Latin women

Because the latin culture is rich and adds a dimension of passion to their personalities, latin culture has an impact on their development which does iclude confidence etc.. And yes they are curvy because in their culture that is beauty.

The word he used was hot.
He said Cuban and Puerto Rican women were hot, because they have the Black blood in them.
The lady he was talking about supposedly has a fiery temper. He could very well have meant they have hot tempers.
He never used the word sexy.

Because they are beautiful, very feminine, classy, warm hearted, can be very sensuous, can be interesting conversationalists, all good reasons why I married a latina, I'm a lucky man!

Not to be stereotypical but I feel like its because they have an exotic look to them. They are tan with black hair and puffy lips. Plus some of them not all have great figures with a big booty. Other than that they are confident.
