The Bush Administration went to war against Iraq with the advice of only a few people who were hand picked to agree with the President, Vice Pres, Sec. of Defense and Condi. Of course none of them know anything about what they were doing and the results prove it.
The 9-11 Commission was hand picked to be softies and manipulated and ignored later.
