I have just waited a month for mine. I phoned them up in the end and told them i worked from home and I was going to bill them for every penny I was loosing. Phone your old provider first get another mac code off them (cause they'll only ask you for a new one) then give them all of your details again. Tell them they have a week to get your starter pack out to you (if you haven't already received it) or you are going back to your old provider. If your still not happy with the service your getting then ask to speak to there duty manager. I got loads of freebies off them and after my 'complaint' phone call I was on broadband 3 days later.

I tried to get on Talk Talk. After 4 months trying I gave up and went to BT with similar prices over all.

i had trouble with talk talk, i gave them my 'mac' code and they blocked my bt broadband.. then sent me 2 speedtouch modems with NO install disc... grrrr!!
third time lucky, i got the disc, after waiting 3 weeks.... my speed is supposed to be 8meg.. i only get 576kb, which is down to bt to 'un-bundle' their junction box..apparently by christmas they say... wish i had stayed with bt, less hassle... MAKE SURE you get talk-talk to refund you for lack of service.....
