I understand your dilemma..it's one that happens alot..however..what you're feeling is the excitement of something new..eventually..those feelings will also wear away..you need to evaluate if there is a future with the person you're with right now..is there going to be a point..and end to the relationship? Is there value to it? Will it serve some sort of purpose..or are you just wasting a large part of your life? If you know you are..move on..life's too short to be hanging around..

If you love the one your with and like another a lot you need to sit and think about how it would be if you did leave the one your with and start a relationship with the other. There are a lot of things that could happen depending on the choice you make.
You could find that the one you like a lot is just a crush and nothing more and you lost the one you do love.
Be careful on what you do. The grass isn't always greener on the other side.

hmmmmmmm a toughie... the grass is always greener.
i guess i would say.. if you are under 28 then why the heck have you been in a relationship for 3 years?!!!! You should be going out with a lot of different guys.. doing a lot of different things to see what you do and don't like in a partner.. but don't tie yourself down to any one guy!!!! this is super important if you are under 22!!!!! So... if thats the case.. yep.. dump him and don't commit yourself so quick to one person... or you will be cheating yourself in the long run!!!

You need to think about what you want to do. Be honest to yourself and the other person..if you cheat you'll feel horrible. Just take time and think. Will it be that easy to throw away 3 years? good luck.
