Beyond The Sea is the name of the song, which Bobby Darin made a hit, but I don't know who is singing on the commercial. It ain't Bobby Darin. It might just be a studio singer, no one famous. Check out the tune by Bobby, its the original and the best!

Isn't it the theme from the old TV show .. Love Boat. They have done a few different commercials over the years with several different songs. Good Luck ! :)
