Move to Africa, South America, Australia, New Zealand or Antartica. Somewhere where the ocean water's are very cold and in the Southern hemisphere.
Instead of peanut butter, try krill, squid or other fish as their reward for doing what you want.

I have a penquin named Morgan Freeman.
He lives in my freezer that leads to a dimensional
wormhole that leads to the antartic continent.
I heartily endorse them as trained servants.
Morgan oversees the food pixies that live in my kitchen
that only appear when the lights go off,unless they know you,in which case you may befriend them.
Morgan has been known to bring to me ice cream
even before I knew I wanted it!

We have a small domestic Penguin farm here in Norway. They are primaril;y bred for beastiality but I think you could train one to be a butler.
