Some people are born with a 3rd nipple but choose to have them removed. I don't see why you couldn't have a 3rd breast implanted.

Why would you WANT to? If you want to be a freak of nature, there are plenty more, less invasive ways of doing it.
And yes, I believe there IS a precendent for it -- I seem to recall a woman who'd had the procedure done appearing on the Howard Stern show many moons ago....

I suppose it is possible at plastic surgery clinics but you'd have to ask around. That sounds a pretty strange thing to do though so don't get your hopes up. XxX
