Honey, you are excercising. Chasing kids and a dog, cleaning house, making dinner, cleaning house again, running around work, cleaning house yet again... You are excercising more than enough.
Try eating less, cut your meals in half or at least always leave some on your plate. Don't munch on a bag of chips for a quick lunch, munch on baby carrots or celery sticks.
Specialize what excercise you are doing. Don't crouch down to pick up Billy's backpack, bend at the waist and clench your stomach muscles as you rise slowly. And if you have a daughter or either child is under 10, get one of those work-out vids that uses dancing as a tool. Kids love that stuff!

If you want to burn fat, walk to your bus stop/job every day or ride a bike. When you walk your dog, jog with him/her. Have your husband help watch the kids and dog if he has time. Walking/jogging will only take 10 minutes. Or, if possible, you can probably use some workout tapes/dvds. But those take about 30 minutes. Also, eat healthy foods and avoid fatty foods (ie. fried foods, cheese, candy). You should have a diet high in fiber. You can also get colon cleansing supplements. we all have time for our selves we just forget it.cut portions in half and go for a walk with the dog when the kids are sleeping and husband is watching tv.good luck
