I've tried a lot of pain relievers, but none of them work that great. Are there any home remedies that relieve cramps, any exercises? I've heard that pressing on the pressure points in your ankles can work, but I never seem to find them.
Don't suggest medicine to me, as I don't have a way of getting any. All I have is Motrin and it's doesn't work that great. They're not too painful, it's more of...they're in the way of my daily routine and just want them to go away.

Good answer so far. Except for Bid B and dulcrayon.
Big B...the reason the blood comes out is because small vessels of blood inside the womb are broken/open up, causing the bleeding and pain. I don't usually whine about pain. If you read the fact that I said they weren't too bad...just getting in the way of my daily routine...
Dulcrayon... ? I have a man, thanks. And squeezing his balls won't do anything. I'm not giving birth.

The best pressure point is below your belly button. Measure three finger tips below your belly button and push. The pain stops almost instantly!!!

I have found that some exercises do help. I do one where I reach down and touch my toes and for about 10 seconds then stretch my ares up over my head and back down again. I do this about 15 times and then I do my other one. This is harder to describe but I stand with my hands at my sides and then I put one foot out behind me while raising my arms up so they are about spread a bit and not quite over my head. Just hold it a few seconds and then do it with the other leg. After you do it a few times it seems to help me anyway.
I think the best is a hot water bottle on the back though, even a hot shower will provide some relief. Even just a brisk walk helps me sometimes. Take the motrin anyway and try some exerices and a shower or hot water bottle and some hot tea oh and lots of water. The combination should at least help.

YOU NEED A MAN!!!!!
Instructions--have him stand close/use either hand to grab his testicles/squeeze REALLY hard. It won't make the pain go away, but ain't great to have company. I mean, he shares the rest of it so it stands to reason he should get to share this special moment too, huh
Sorry, Motrin/MIdal are all I know of. I have heard that Yoga also helps. If a library is available check it out.

I take 400mg of ibuprophen, get some sort of little food (chocolates, strawberries and sugar, chips), get my heating pad, a cup of tea, and a good book. I then go lay in my bed and give myself a little pampering until the pains go away. (I also did find I have less cramps using tampons than I did with pads.)
Good luck!

Best thing you can do is use a hot water bottle. I have very bad cramps during my period and a hot water bottle works a treat. But swimming is very good if you can cope going when you have a period?

Soak in some hot bath water, that will ease your back pain, and your stomach cramps.
