Try soaking your nails in alcohol, see what that dose for you, also you might want to try buffing. You could always try one of these new wild nail polish colors, and when people ask, just tell them, its the new adventurous you. If you want to get really creative paint each nail a different color, then you don't have to worry about the blue color only.

You weren't wearing gloves!! I am slightly ashamed... in a I-don't-know-you-and-can't-really-yell kinda way. Always wear gloves when dying someone or your own hair.
Now that that's been said... Cut your nails off, paint over them and hope it fades in time. It should wear off in a few days time, at least thats how long it takes for the stuff on the back of my neck or one my ears to get off when I self-dye my hair.

Try some rubbing alcohol or peroxide. If that doesn't work try adhesive tape remover. If that doesn't work or you don't have any then try using a dish soap that's tough of grease and grime, use a scrubbing brush if you have one.

use a very fine nail file and gently buff it off, then put a coat of clear nail polish on or nail strenghthener so it doesn't look buffed or faded, otherwise only time will remove it... sorry!!

I cant officially vote -- but I wanted to second the person who recommended a fine nail file to buff it off.

get regular household bleach and dilute it & let them soak in it--trust me I'm a hairstylist.
ps if you got any on your clothes hairspray and scrub it good then wash but do not dry once you dry it - it stains for good.
the bleach may take a little while couple minutes or so. good luck

I think it will come off with time. Everytime you shower, you will be cleaning some of it off. It might not be noticeable at first, but eventually all of the color should wear off. Just be patient.
