On the commercial for Lunesta (a sleeping pill) one of the side effects is "may cause drowsiness". Isn't that what you want?
AND on the car commericals, even if they show someone just driving (no stunts) the have to indicate "Do Not Attempt".
I know there are really stupid people out there but...
How stupid do they think we are?

its just a formality you have to tell people everything because there are some dumb ***'s out there like on a toilet brush it says "do not use on body" it's just that someone stupid tried to do that stupid ish one time and the company lost the court case. just like the mcDonalds coffee, who doesn't know coffee is hot??? well of course mcDonalds got in troube because they were told to lower the temperature several times and they did not comply
but they still gave the lady what was it 3 million for punitive damages(punishment). now they have on all their little cofee cups "drink is hot" its just a formallity.

Oh yeah, I've noticed. When I buy something new, I love reading all the "do not attemps" on the box. It's funny to think that people have actually tried some things! My favorite was when my dad bought a new push lawn mower years ago and the box said "do not cut the tops of bushes or hedges with this lawn mower" and it even had a stick figure lifting the lawn mower cutting the tops of bushes with a big red X going through the picture. You know some idiot did that, probably cut off thier legs, and sued. Or how about on hair dryers the figure drying her hair while taking a bath? Who doesn't know that electricity and water don't mix?

We're so stupid that no matter what someone will sue for not having been specifically told about the hazard. I hope those people are smart enough to wipe their ***.
