Gabrel Garcia Marquez has a number of short story collections; they are not quite like twilight zone, but certainly stray from reality in a similar way.

Another Stephen King book is Different Seasons, it has four short stories. One of my favorites is in this book, Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption.

"Smoke and Mirrors" by Neil Gaiman has a variety of different short stories, all by Gaiman, but each one has a very unique quality that puts the reader of this time and realm.
