I need to take better care of myself - I have been drinking way too much caffeine and not getting enough sleep. Mentally, I think I need to start seeing a therapist again ... sometimes I feel sad or unmotivated. Spiritually, I feel good. I've been praying every day and trying to stay connected. Emotion-wise, I am a little nervous. I cannot find this pair of earrings I borrowed from a friend ... where oh where could they be??

I have dark ruddy skin, black hair with some red and grey in it and brown eyes. My surname is French, but Mom is Dutch and Cherokee. I am 6'1" tall and weigh 320 pounds with 62" chest, 41" waist, 34" thigh and 22" neck. I have a genius level IQ. Spirits don't exist in reality...but if you mean my mood, I have ups and downs. My lover is nice, but my sister is barbaric. Mom has been ill, so I may go 2750 miles to see her.

physical.. im 5'4, medium length brown hair, brown eyes.. average looks, a little chubby
mental.. im solid but maybe a little on the emotional side
spiritual.. im lost, i believe in God but have no set beliefs on religion and dont quiet know what to believe..
