Hmmm difficult question as Nokia make so many handsets. I can't see a definite handset that is the next step up. Here are a few to consider though (all Nokia):
6131
N73
N72

Avoid the 6280 and 6270 as they are very poor handsets. I mentioned this website in your previous question, but it will help you see what the phones I mentioned above are all about.

If you are happy with the sliding mechanism of the Nokia 6111 then there are now plenty of new Nokia phones offering this, these include:

i'll say 6280 although it's got no direct upgrade (6280 is dat of 6270 and 6288 is dat of 6280).
