I love the fall, it is pretty here in the midwest, too. I love the cooler weather, the gorgeous foliage,[ fall colors are my favorite,] oranges, golds, reds.I love fall activities, hay rides, bonfires,apple picking, driving around to see the trees, hiking. And I love fall foods: pumpkin pie, apple butter.
The first sign of fall in this neighborhood is the neighbors' trees, there is a small woods behind their houses, and one branch of one tree seems to be the first to turn this red color. It's turned!

My favorite season is in the fall. I live in California and it's especially beautiful here in the fall. The weather is still sunny and warm, but the average daytime temps in the area I live reach around 75 - which is perfect.
I also like the fall because, to me, the 'fun' part of the year is approaching - Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. It's nice to start planning for being with friends and family more.
