One is love the other is friendship. Only you can define love and friendship for yourself. When you think of love, you think of someone you want to share your life with forever and never be without. When you think of friendship, that is someone who is there for you when thinks get bad, but you do not share everything in life with them. Also you get intimate with you lover, and not with your friend.
