In our school we have a TV in each classroom connected cable TV. Is there a way to connect a single computer running a powerpoint presentation to the TV cable so that it will run on all TVs in the building set to a channel?

This would depend on the actual setup of hardware at the school. If they just have commercial cable connected to 50 outlets, then the answer is no. If they have a closed circuit TV system that allows different inputs from local sources, then yes it could be done.

YES!
You just need a plug on the back of your computer
Example: S-Video, etc
