sometimes my blood pressure gets low like 90/60. i know thats normal for some people, but i get very sleepy and feel weak when mine gets like that.

my chest also feels heavy and my heart feels like its racing when my pressure is low like that.

You may be experiencing an irregular heartbeat. If your heart beats too fast, it is not effective at pumping enough blood out to your body parts. So since not enough blood is pumping out, your blood pressure goes down and your body parts (including the brain & everything else) is not getting enough oxygen and nutrients. Stress and caffeine can make this worse. You should see a cardiologist.

when your blood pressure is low it's because ur heart isn't pumping at the right speed. Are you on medication for the problem? The reason why you heart feels like it is racing is because it is trying to caught up with your body, sit down and take a breather when this is happens

the low oxygen thing is right but symptoms, low blood pressure and high heart rate suggest that you should be seen abd evaluated by a doctor, good luck

Blood carries oxygen and when you're not getting enough, you will feel like that.
