The sad thing is that this chaos was predicted by the most knowledgeable experts on Iraq, not only before Gulf War 2, but before GW1, which is exactly why Bush senior didn't overthrow Saddam.

Bush and his advisers are to blame for the killings, but so also are Tony Blair and John Howard, for not standing up and saying, "Mate, you're crazy, you're on your own on this one". See article below.
