Some people like to keep a special spunk/poontang towel right next to the bed/activity area. Others prefer a roll of toilet paper. Some just grab their boxers/briefs or white-t and wipe with that. And then, there's the group that doesn't even wipe it off. They just leave it there to dry so that the experience will be there with them later. You should experiment and find your own method. Just try to keep it out of your eyes and toes.

My husband just uses a wet wash cloth to wipe himself off. I use the toilet right after sex, and most of it drips out.

Shower. Best and cleanest way to clean up after.... intimacy.
Other than that, use water and soap to clean the area affected by your intimacy.
