Your first point of call should be to the educational establishment where you sat the exam. They would be able to supply you with the relevant information as to who the examining board was that set the exam, along with contact details. (address and telephone number/email address).

You'll need to write direct to the exam board, but if you don't know who the examining board was, write to the school/ college and they will have that on records.
For a fee, you can get your certificates from the examining board. Its about £20/ £25 per cert.

you need to contact the exam board direct they may charge you to release the results and for the certificate.
