I figure you are the father of the baby and the bread maker of the household? Well life dealt you a full hand of cards. Not bad once I believe, I think you have a lot going for you and its a lot at once that's for sure, but things will straighten out, just hang in there. Take one day of the week to totally relax and do what YOU like to do....

the feeling of wait is very stressful. it's hard to live having to wait and think what's going to happen next? It's kind of like a gamble. The cause of your stress is that you're doing everything by yourself. That must be hard! You should be proud of yourself because that is a hard thing to do all for one person. All I can say is keep doing what you do. The wait is a process for success, it's building up so to speak. Again it's hard because there has to be a reason yet it's a stress to not know why. Keep a good negative and positive attitude and remember pudding can be messy. it can be sticky, it can be starchy and it can be eaten.
Amen!

the only one time I really wanted to kill myself was when I delivery my baby. After the delivery I felt I was so silly.
Take a deep breath. Every day give yourself some time to be quite, even only 5 minuets.
When you are so stressful, just do something new you have never done before. For example, if you feel stressful when you drive, look at some other drivers faces you will be better.
Take care of yourself.
Best wishes

It is easy to say but it's all about attitude. So many with a weight like yours or even more deal with it easily because of a positive attitude and that is where you have to go when you are young and optimistic b4 it is too late(well it is never too late!). Killing yourself is being a loser and quitter and will create pain and sorrow for all those who love you(and I am sure there are many!).
Look around on successful and happy people and you'll see that it is all about their positive attitude. Yes dude!...

It to shall pass. I know it sounds corny but all that will make you stronger and just think how you are going to pass that strength to your child. Keep your mind focused on your school. Also Yoga makes me feel great especiall this night time yoga I found..its called Maintenance yoga with suzanne deason. The very end has this relax breathing exercise that just helps me sleep great. I sometimes skip all the workout and go straight to the breathing. Just lay flat on your back with arms out and just close your eyes and focus on your breathing for 5 minutes.

I see it"s really hard on you now,but it wo"nt be like that always. After your child is born, and you look into those soft, innocent eyes and the beauty of the life you helped to create,it will seem all worthwhile, and all the more to live for.
