15mg codeine 3 times a day is safe but you have to get it prescibed by doc but it really works with intense pain only other option is paracetamol dont take asprin as it thickens the blood and your heart is already working harder than usual

Paracetamol is safe to take during pregnancy. If paracetamol is not helping with the pain then you will have to speak to your GP. They are the only ones who are allowed to prescribe stronger pain relief. If you need ANY advice on what medicines you can take while pregnant, ask a pharmacist. You don't need an appointment like you would your Doctor, they are qualified and they will refer you to your Doctor if needed.

I was told by my doctor to take tylenol but not more then 500mg at a time. You really should ask you doctor because everybody's bodies are different, you wouldn't want to harm the baby. The doctor is only a phone call away. Play it safe.

You may safely take Tylenol, proper dosage, while you re pregnant. I would avoid Motrin, it can thin blood and lead to bleeding problems, but Tylenol is safe. I was even allowed to take codeine (for a tooth ache) while I was pregnant. Good Luck

the safest thing to do is ask the pharmacist. You can call anonymous and ask about a specific thing if you would like. But I have taken many things. I am 20 weeks and I have serious back and neck problems. Needless to say, I have to use alot of narcotic pills, at a low rate.

Never never never take aspirin!!! Something like panadol will be safe enough but only in small doses. Check with the chemist first though to be sure.

Tylenol. That's the only OTC that is ok.
Aspirin, Ibuprophen and Naproxen Sodium have NOT been cleared.
Also, most OB/GYN doctors have a list...call your doctor.
