Even if you stay in most of the time, harmful sun UV rays can enter through windows too! SO it is always recommended to wear sunscreen. If you can get a 15spf or 25 that will do, but if you live in Arizona like I do, I wear a spf of 30. Try to get one that is oil-free and no more than 30%, otherwise it will not work as good. Also, there is a mineral spf that is like a tinted face powder, its really light and won't clog the pores. Good luck, and if you want to stay looking young longer, don't forget your SPF!!!

The suns rays aren't biased. Use SPF 15 everyday. This will help prevent wrinkles in the long run and some sunscreens will even make your skin look like its glowing :)

You can still get sun damage even if your skin is dark. Use an SPF 15 at a minimum.

Your skin is nice now, but accumulated unprotected time in the sun will cause it to wrinkle prematurely.
