....with another friend, abroad, for when you finished college, before you all split up to work/go to uni, but you weren't invited, what would you do/how would you feel?

Likely best just to leave the situation alone, if they organized an event without you -there's some reason (maybe they don't think that you can go abroad to attend). Just focus on what's really important - your career after university.

I would be upset at first, but I would sit down will all of my friends and tell them that I am glad to see them go abroad. I would also start making plans for something that I wanted to do and go and do that. Going abroad would be fun, but there has to be something that you want to do that will make up for not getting invited.

Be glad you didn't waste a lot of time and money with these people. OR ask them what's really going on....maybe they want to get it on? or maybe they think they are sparing you financially (if they think you're poor)? Maybe they plan to do something or go somewhere you wouldn't be approving of? Good luck and move on with your life, go where ever you want and have a better time than them and meet someone gorgeous and exotic. You'll have better memories.

I would feel hurt and left out. I would ask them why I wasn't invited.
