im trying to check my protocal settings help and support is telling me to go in to TOOLS then ACCOUNTS then MAIL but i dont have a ACCOUNTS link please help

Tools is an option at the top of the program you are using for your E-mail. It's on the same row as file. It appears you haven't put your e-mail account information in. That is what is the sever , POP3 or SMTP. Most are pop3 with your provider name in. Accounts comes up as an option under the tools option.

Sorry to say but it is an incomplete question. Which Protocols are you trying to test/ check? The one that you are talking about is Outlook i.e Tools, accounts. Please specify the exact problem and post your question again, we will help you.

on a web page, very top line above home, go into tools, internet options, then advanced, restore defaults... that should sort you out!.. if not, download/install free.. firefox browser... it is much better
