I would think that if they are willing to do the surgery that it will increase your chances. If it doesn’t there is always the possibility of introvitro where your man’s sperm would be put into you. Then again there is possibility of surrogacy, implanting your fertilized egg into another woman. But if your only problem is a clocked tub, id say your chances of getting pregnant either via this unblockage or Introvitro are pretty positive.

Then if all this didn’t work there is always adoption.

The surgery will probably help. What did the doctor say? Aren't they giving you things to read or at least some statistics? I would find out if there were books on the subject and I would also look into herbs for fertility and for cleansing. This will enhance your chances of preganancy, although I do not personally believe in chance. I will pray for you to conceive. Try to stay relaxed, eat healthy and drink water. It is hard to keep your mind off of it, I know. Just do all you can to keep you healthy so that you know that you have done all you can. If you are not able to conceive, would you consider adoption? Just a thought.

As long as your other tube is clear and healthy and nothing else is wrong with you or your partner, you may have unexplained fertility. However I can't imagine that your doctor would schedule you for surgery unless it could benefit you. If you are not getting the answers that you need from your doctor, you need to speak with him/her about your concerns.
