This is truly the death of freedom in Britian. I can only wonder why the whites there hate themselves so much they let this happen. You folks need to fire up the IRA and arm yourselfs, drag those diversity pukes to the street and gun them down like dogs.

Hmmn... I wonder if this would work in a rape case? If someone was to witness someone being raped, and report it, without a victim, the CPS would be unlikely to take it forward.

However, you can try for murder with no victim, you don't necessarily need a body....

Sounds like political correctness gone mad.... although I detest racists and every one of them should be lined up against a wall and shot....

On the subject of the BNP.... if they opened up a little more to the ethnic communities in this countries, they would realise that these people feel as strongly as the white community on issues such as immigration and other policies. But they portray themselves as a bunch of racists... hopefully they will evolve from the apes that they are into a serious political party.

That is down right terrifying, I've thought for some time now we're living in a country, which is getting more like Nazis Germany by the day.
But even I'm amazed at that one.
The fact that the guy is a B.N.P member should be irrelevant. If their is no victim how the hell can there be a crime!
What's to stop someone with a personal grievance against someone else reporting them for an imaginary hate crime.
If all that is required to be guilty is another persons say so.
Obviously the way this country is headed the only way a white person can exercise their rights and freedoms is in the voting booth.
Guess which way I'm intending to vote next time!

It is a sign of the times I do not necessarily agree with the BNP or racialism. What is very worrying is what appears to be happening in this country was what all the fuss was about over Communism and the cold war with Russia all those years ago.

The propaganda was that the KGB is watching you if you were a Russian citizen - Big brother would not let yo get away with anything and it was corrupt.

This country is getting if not already there like a police state.

Hold up, This geezer could be driving along singing to Queen loudly or something waving his hands around doing about 35-40mph, zips past and she hears Seig Heil, How the Hell did he get convicted. I've been abused by gangs of Asian Youths in the street and intimidated by groups of blacks, when i reported to latter incident to old bill i was told there was nothing they could do and i had a witness. So No, stay indoors in fear of saying the wrong thing or doing the wrong thing or getting blown up, the "victim" didn't come forward cos there wasn't one, or if the man did say it she either didn't hear it or she did the right thing, thought...."what a absolute prat" and went about her daily business. I'm not in any way a supporter of the BNP but I sometimes wish that the BNP were in power so we could sort this nonsense out.

Our legal system is far from perfect, but it's certainly a lot better than many other countries.

In this case the credibility of an honest member of the public was weighed against the credibility of a known racist criminal, whom she had not met before, and the case was decided in balance.

If there was any doubt, there is always other legal avenues to change the outcome.

This does not reflect that all whites can now be targeted spuriously, but reflects the growing distaste that law abiding citizens have for these low brow thugs and bullies.

May I also point out that the witness was white.

The knee jerk reaction can be incredulous, but take the time to weigh this article without any emotion and think it through and I believe you will arrive at the same conclusion of the court.

Thats bullsh*t!!! If the victim didn't come out, and they convicted him on evidence from some witness, this opens up the door for me to get anyone convicted if I dont like them, by simply implying they said something or did something racist, with nothing going against me but the other person's word. Justice at its worst, and horrifically unconstitutional if it were to have happened in America, not that it wouldn't happen here either. Either way, that is a faulty judgement, I hope he appeals, or the precident it will set leads us into a world of fear, a fear to go out and take our car to the shop. So yeah, if your white like me, maybe we should just stay in doors, as we're the only ones who can be racist, as most would like to us to believe. Utter bullsh*t!

Erm, what exactly is the problem here? A racist thug got fined for publically harassing someone, and all of a sudden it's 'whites are under threat'?! Of course you should still walk to the shop. Just make sure you can restrain yourself from shouting Nazi slogans at people on the way there!

I think that's totally disgusting. What is the world coming to when one person can get a man convicted for something that she isn't entirely shore of anyway, also what the hell did it have to do with her in the first place, if the woman who the abuse may have been directed towards didn't make a complaint then why did she feel it her job to report it. And why on earth did it get as far as going to court, Tony Blair and his god damn cronies its another way of them trying to show how we wont tolerate racism!!! Ohhh I'm so angry!!

It's the way the country's gone.....totally barking...over protecting the 'ethnics'...giving them every thing they need.
I'm not saying this guy is innocent, (or guilty) of the crime....but it seems to me that there was no crime committed as there was no 'victim'.
If people are going to be prosecuted because of the hearsay of one person then every one must watch out because there enemies now have a chance to get there revenge.
Good luck to us all.................
