my mate told me that there was this thing on the news that cows have accents so if they lived in liverpool it would go meuuuw is this true i know it sound not true but why was it in the news

There was a report on Radio 2 about this and a random selection of cows moos were played and there was a difference.
It was not 1st April so I presume it was kosher

Yes , some Cows do have accents one Cow that I Know has a strong Glaswegian accent , shes usually Pissed by 3pm and gives the Neighbours Hell

That is hilarious. Your mate is messing with you dear. I can assure you that cows from other countries don't moo differently, let alone different parts of England. Tell him that your dog or cat has a Liverpool accent and that a vet confirmed it. That should make him confess that he's takin the piss.
