I have experience with all he other industrial software packeges except quark. Where in the midlands could I learn Quark??

I would try yur local college or Uni they often run courses on page and print design that would heavily include Quark.

Alternatively look for on - line tutorials

I suggest self-learning it.
If you have the application you can find some tutorials in the help menu. They can get you started fairly well. You can also look up books by ranking on amazon or similar websites and start.

Try this book: QuarkXPress 6 for Windows & Macintosh .

Check it out on Amazon. That was the book I used.

If you're a college student (or know a college student), most Communications (or similar) department websites have tutorials - but with a college, you have to have a student password.
