i did try PC but they didn't have any. also comet, currys, B&Q, ebay, screwfix direct and various £1 shops

I use one of the emergency air pumps for an car tire. You can get small nozzles at Wal-Mart.

Use a wet/dry vac's exhaust instead. It will save you a ton of money on canned air. Make sure it's really clean before you try it and it should be a small, not too powerful one.
